General Terms & conditions

  1. For cancellations made six (6) or more weeks prior to the course for any reason a 70% refund will be issued or it may be possible for you to be transferred to an alternative course if that suits you. No refunds can be made for cancellations made within 6 weeks of the course start date unless the following circumstances apply.
  2. If a course is cancelled prior to the start date due to the sad loss of one or both babies you will receive a full refund of your course fees.  Please note that Twins Trust provide bereavement support and a course teacher can contact you to offer support if you wish.
  3. If your babies arrive prior to your course date before 32 weeks gestation you will receive a 70% refund of your course fee for any sessions not yet completed. Or if you prefer you could have a telephone session with one of our teachers and attend the postnatal part of your course or a course at a later date. You will also be sent free access to Twins Trust’s breastfeeding webinar and our neo-natal care booklet.
  4. If your babies arrive before your course date but after 32 weeks you will be sent your course pack and an antenatal course telephone session will be arranged for you. You can also attend the postnatal part of your course or of a course at a later date. You will also be sent free access to Twins Trust’s Breastfeeding webinar and our neo-natal care booklet.

We are sorry that we are unable to provide a full refund in all circumstances but this is due to the fact that we will remain financially liable to the course venue and course provider. However please note that we may still be able to signpost you to relevant support if appropriate or transfer you to an alternative course.

Course tutors are qualified antenatal teachers.  They are not, however, qualified to provide specific medical advice.  If you have any concerns about medical issues relating to your pregnancy or birth, you must seek advice from your midwife or doctor.

Course times and dates may be changed due to exceptional circumstances. If the new time and date is not convenient to you we will try to offer you an alternative course, but if not available you will be given a full refund. In the unlikely event that the course venue needs to be changed no refund will be offered.

All group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If, for any reason, these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.
