Are you feeling exhausted or overwhelmed? Would you like to speak with another dad of twins?  Sometimes you just may need a listening ear from somebody who understands. Our volunteer dads understand how challenging the first few years can be.  They will be able to empathise with you and talk through any concerns you might have.  They can share how it felt to become a dad of twins and explore ways of how you can support yourself and your partner.

They can offer a phone call, email or messaging.  Just to be heard is a powerful thing.
