Christmas is a time of year when we can celebrate and commemorate our babies.

We want to give something back to you, our loyal community, to help remember and honour your babies this festive season.

You can have your babies' names handwritten onto a small set of beautiful angel wings and placed on our Christmas tree. There's no cost - it's on us.

All you need to do is to send us your baby/babies' names and we'll hand write them onto your own Christmas angel. We'll then put all the angels onto our special memory Christmas tree. We'll be doing this in week commencing 16 December.

The deadline for filling in the form is Thursday 12 December. Unfortunately we won't be able to add any names submitted after this date to our tree this year.

Send your baby/babies' names
