Feeding drop-ins

Led by feeding experts, our online drop-ins are a regular chance to talk to other parents about feeding your babies and get advice on any challenges you're facing.

Get practical, non-judgmental feeding support, whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding.

Feeding support is relevant whether you are pregnant, just getting started or further along in your feeding journey. This regular online drop-in gives you the chance to talk with a feeding counsellor as well as peer supporters and other parents to get supportive, realistic advice.

Each session is open to parents feeding in different ways, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding with expressed milk or formula, or a mixture of both. It is designed to be informal and welcoming, with space to share experiences and feel less alone.

Why join a feeding drop-in

You can hear from experts, ask questions and connect with other parents going through similar experiences.

The sessions are hosted by Twins Trust Breastfeeding Peer Supporters, who are mums with lived experience of breastfeeding their twins or triplets. They can listen, offer encouragement and share information on common feeding questions.

There is also an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor available during the session, giving you the chance to hear additional expert support.

100% of respondents who joined a feeding drop-in would recommend it and said they felt more aware of the information and support available to parents of multiples.

What you can explore

  • Everyday feeding questions, including feeding two babies together

  • Finding comfortable feeding positions
