Live online course terms & conditions

These terms & conditions apply to:

1. Access to the course

Purchase of a live online course allows you and your partner (if applicable) to attend the scheduled session(s).

Joining instructions and access links will be provided in your booking confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure your device, internet connection and software are suitable for accessing the course.

2. Personal use

Course access links are provided for your personal use only. The joining link must not be shared or forwarded to others outside your household.

Twins Trust reserves the right to remove participants or restrict access if course links are shared in breach of these terms.

3. Course recordings

Where a recording of the session is provided, this will be shared after the course. Recordings may be shared with immediate family members or others directly involved in the care of your multiples, but must not be distributed more widely.

All course recordings and materials are copyright © Twins Trust.

4. Course materials and copyright

All course content, presentations and supporting materials remain the property of Twins Trust and are protected by copyright.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, uploaded, shared publicly, or used to deliver other courses or training without prior written permission from Twins Trust.

5. Privacy and recording

To protect the privacy of all participants, recording of any kind is not permitted during the live session. This includes photographs, screenshots, screen recordings, and audio or video recordings using any device.

6. Changes to course dates

Course dates and times may occasionally need to change due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you and aim to offer an alternative course where possible.

7. Minimum attendance

Group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If this number is not reached, the course may be rescheduled or cancelled and you will be notified where possible.

8. Refunds

Refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances.

9. Information and advice

Course content is intended to provide general information and support and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have concerns regarding your pregnancy, birth, health or your children's health, you should seek advice from your midwife, doctor, health visitor or another qualified healthcare professional.
