Twins Trust Premium Membership can pay for itself and save you money with our exclusive discounts scheme.

Twins Trust Savings gives Members more than 100 ways to save on shopping, cinema tickets, days out, holidays and much more. Find details of all current discounts and offers here.

Twins Trust’s magazine for members, ‘Multiple Matters’, comes out twice a year. It’s filled with heart-warming stories and interesting features all about twins, triplets or more.

How much does it cost to join?

Twins Trust membership costs just £4.60 a month or £52.50 a year when you sign up by direct debit. You can also make one-off payment for a one-year, three-year or five-year membership.

How can I pay for Premium Membership?

Joining Twins Trust is simple and you have the option to set up an annual or monthly direct debit, or to make a one-off payment for one, three or five years of Premium Membership. Find out more here.

Do I have to be a Member to call the helpline?

No, anyone can contact our helpline for free, there is no need to be a Twins Trust Free or Premium Member.

It is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and 7pm to 10pm (excluding bank holidays), or you can send us a message via WhatsApp, SMS or email anytime and our helpline volunteers will respond during our opening hours.

If you have found our support helpful then please consider joining as a member for just £4.60 a month to help us continue supporting families with twins, triplets or more just like yours.

Can I be a Member but opt out of your emails and magazine?

We want our Members to enjoy the services that matter to them most. We may need to contact you from time to time about your Membership, but you are invited to update your communication preferences via your Member area to change what you receive from Twins Trust.

Can I buy Premium Membership for someone else?

Yes, you can purchase a Gift of Premium Membership for someone special - just visit our Gift of Premium Membership page. You can purchase one, three or five years' worth of membership and even include a personal message that they'll see when they redeem it: the perfect gift for a loved one who is expecting or has twins, triplets or more.

How do I redeem a Gift of Premium Membership?

If you've been gifted a Premium Membership, you can redeem it quickly and easily by following the process to join as a Premium Member. When you reach the package selection screen, click on 'I have a gift code' and enter the code you were sent. Click on 'Redeem' to complete the process.

If you already have a Free Membership, you can redeem your Gift of Premium Membership using the Upgrade tab in your Member area.

If you've been gifted a Premium Membership but are already a Premium Member, please contact our team to have your membership term extended by the gifted period.

Do you claim Gift Aid on the Premium Membership fee?

Gift Aid helps your donation go further at no extra cost to you. Signing up to Gift Aid allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 donation. This makes such a huge difference and allows us to help even more families with twins, triplets or more.

If you are a Twins Trust Premium Member we can claim Gift Aid on your Membership payment. If you are making a donation online please remember to tick the Gift Aid box if eligible.

You can change your Gift Aid declaration at any time in your Member area, including signing up.

As a charity, your Membership makes a real difference to families with twins, triplets or more. Every penny you contribute is reinvested into the services we provide. This includes our free helpline for parents and carers; life-saving partnerships with maternity units to make pregnancy and birth safer; and vital in-home support for families facing challenging circumstances.

Alongside thousands of other Members, you are helping ensure that families with twins, triplets or more always have somewhere to turn for trusted advice and support, shaped by over 50 years of experience.

Your Membership also gives you access to valuable support and benefits, including:

  • Trusted advice and information developed by experts - for example comprehensive parenting resources including pregnancy, feeding, potty training, play and beyond. Access to expert drop-in sessions and webinars for example on topics such as baby and toddler sleep or behaviour and a discount on some of our popular parenting courses

  • A supportive community of other parents of twins, triplets or more - people who truly get it and can share tips, reassurance and sanity-saving hacks

We know the cost of living continues to be challenging, particularly when you’re raising two or more children at once, and we have done our best to support you by campaigning for things like fairer maternity pay. We work hard to keep our costs down and only change fees when absolutely necessary.

How do I log in?

Please visit the login page and enter your email address and then the password you created upon joining.

What’s my username?

Your username is the email address you registered with.

When you’ve logged in, you can update any of your details via your account settings.

Can I reset my password?

You can reset your password here by entering the email address you registered with and following the on-screen instructions.

I can log in but the website doesn’t know I’m a Premium Member

Please contact Twins Trust at [email protected] or call 01252 332344.

It’s possible that you’ve registered with more than one email address. Your membership might be linked to an address that’s different to the one you logged in with.

We’ll ask you to confirm which email address you’d like us to use, when we need to contact you about your membership.


Membership discounts

How do I access my Premium Membership discounts?

You can access your discounts by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Once logged in, visit the Twins Trust Savings tab in your Member area
  3. Click on the 'Go to discounts' link. This will take you to the Twins Trust Savings website. Please note you can only access the Twins Trust Savings website by clicking on this link whilst logged in as a Premium Member.
  4. Browse available discounts or search for a specific discounter. The discounter's page will explain how to redeem the discount.

For certain discounts you may need to provide your membership number, or for in-store discounts you may need to show your Twins Trust Premium Membership card. Your membership number can be found on your card, which can be downloaded from your Member area.

What discounts can I get?

You can find a full A-Z of available discounts here. This will only show you available discounts and will not tell you how to redeem them. For more information on using the discounts please see 'How do I access my Premium Membership discounts?'.

How do I get a promotional code for an online discount?

Please follow the steps in 'How do I access my membership discounts?' to visit the Twins Trust Savings website. Once on this site, search for the discounter you wish to use and the promotional code will be displayed on the discounter's page.

Please note, codes often change, so if the one you have doesn’t work, you may need to look up the new one.

I'm seeing a message on Twins Trust Savings saying "the route you came from could not be determined"

If you can see a link to access the Twins Trust Savings website in your Member area but when you click on the link, receive a message that says "Sorry, you can't continue because the route you came from could not be determined," please follow the steps below.

  1. Make sure that you are not using a bookmarked tab to access Twins Trust Savings
  2. Clear the cache on the browser you are using
  3. Try an alternative browser
  4. Try an alternative device

The issue should be resolved at some point whilst working through these steps. If you have tried all of these and still cannot access Twins Trust Savings, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I access a discount on Twins Trust courses?

Twins Trust offers a range of courses, for those expecting or already parenting twins, triplets or more.

As a Premium Member you get an exclusive 15% discount on our Preparing for twins and Preparing for triplets courses. Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, our flagship courses are your essential guide to twin pregnancy and beyond.

Your discount will be automatically applied if you purchase whilst logged in as a Premium Member. Please note we are unable to retrospectively apply discounts to purchases if you become a Premium Member after purchasing the course or purchase whilst logged into a different account.


Accessing your Premium Membership information

Where can I find my Premium Membership number?

Your Premium Membership number is displayed on your membership card. To see your card, please visit the membership card tab in your Member area.

You’ll also find your membership card at the bottom of your monthly Twins Trust Savings email updates.

Where can I see my Premium Membership card?

Log in visit the membership card tab in your Member area to view your Premium Membership card at any time.

We suggest printing or saving a screenshot of your card. That way you can have it ready to show in shops which offer a discount.

How do I add my Premium Membership card to my Apple/Google Wallet?

You will find a link to add your card to your smartphone Wallet in your monthly Twins Trust Savings email. If you click on the ‘add to wallet’ button underneath the card in the email, you will be able to add it to your wallet for use in shops. If you do not have a copy of the Twins Trust Savings email or have any trouble downloading it, please email [email protected] and we will help you.

How do I download my Premium Membership card on an iPhone?

When you download your Premium Membership card from an iPhone a blue arrow will appear at the top right of the screen. Click on this to see your card.


Making changes to your details or your Premium Membership

How do I change my Direct Debit details?

To change your direct debit details in time for your next payment, please contact us at least ten working days before the next collection date. Please email [email protected] or call 01252 332344.

How do I update my personal details, e.g. email, address, phone number, due date or children’s date of birth?

To update any personal details, please log in and visit your account settings.

You can also let us know by email at [email protected] or call 01252 332344.

How do I manage my email preferences?

Log in and amend your communication preferences in your account settings to let us know which types of emails you’re happy to receive from Twins Trust, or unsubscribe from all emails.

If you’re a Premium Member, sometimes we need to contact you about your Membership. Because of this, you may continue to receive Membership-related emails from time to time even if you have unsubscribed from everything.

How do I cancel my Premium Membership?

If you wish to cancel your Premium or Free Membership, please contact us at [email protected]. To cancel Premium Membership, we will need written confirmation of your request to cancel at least 10 working days in advance of your next direct debit payment.
