Your session is led by Sam Deville, founder of Sam Deville Pilates.
Sam specialises in helping women rebuild strength through progressive Pilates. Following the birth of her twins, she was diagnosed with a five-finger-wide abdominal separation and told surgery was her only option. Instead, she spent over a year rebuilding her strength through structured rehabilitation - an experience that now underpins her work.
She combines clinical understanding with lived experience to offer safe, effective and realistic guidance for rebuilding strength after pregnancy.
