The session is hosted by members of the Twins Trust Family Services team:
- Gemma, Senior Support Practitioner, has extensive experience supporting families with twins and triplets. She is also a mum of two boys who have both been through the 11+ process, bringing valuable first-hand insight
- Amy, Family Services Manager, is a mum of three, including twins, and has recent experience of preparing for the transition to secondary school
