Your session is hosted by an experienced sleep consultant - either Claire or Libby.
Claire is a Norland Nanny, Certified Sleep Specialist and Director of Bespoke Family. She has extensive experience supporting families with twins, triplets or more, including over 10 years working alongside Twins Trust.
Libby is a Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and mum of three, including twins. She combines professional expertise with lived experience to support families through sleep challenges across the early years.
Both bring a calm, supportive approach and offer practical sleep guidance.
