On-demand online course terms & conditions

These terms & conditions apply to:

1. Access to courses

Once purchased, you will receive access to the on-demand course via your Twins Trust website account or through a third-party platform. Access instructions will be included in your booking confirmation email.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device, internet connection and software are suitable for accessing the course content.

2. Personal use

Purchase of an on-demand course allows you to view the content for your personal use. You may share the course with immediate family members or others directly involved in the care of your multiples, but it must not be shared more widely.

3. Account access and misuse

Access to courses is linked to your personal account or access link. You must not share your login details or access links with others outside your household or care network.

Twins Trust reserves the right to suspend or remove access to courses if account access is shared or used in a way that breaches these terms.

4. Course materials and copyright

All course content, videos, materials and downloadable resources remain the property of Twins Trust and are protected by copyright.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, uploaded, shared publicly, or used to deliver other courses or training without prior written permission from Twins Trust.

5. Recording and distribution

You must not record, copy, download or distribute any course videos or content by any method, including screen recording or capturing content using external devices.

6. Downloadable resources

Some courses may include downloadable resources or supporting materials. These are provided for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced or distributed publicly.

7. Refunds

As on-demand courses provide immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

8. Information and advice

Course content is intended to provide general information and support and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have concerns regarding your pregnancy, birth, health or your children's health, you should seek advice from your doctor, midwife, health visitor or another qualified healthcare professional.

9. Limitation of liability

While Twins Trust aims to ensure course content is accurate and helpful, Twins Trust accepts no liability for decisions made based on information provided in the course.
