1. Access to the webinar
Booking of a live webinar allows you to attend the scheduled session.
Joining instructions and access links will be provided by email no less than 48 hours prior to the webinar. They will also be available from this time within the webinar booking page in your Member area. It is your responsibility to ensure your device, internet connection and software are suitable for accessing the webinar.
2. Personal use
Webinar access links are provided for your personal use only. The joining link must not be shared or forwarded to others.
Twins Trust reserves the right to remove participants or restrict access if webinar links are shared in breach of these terms.
3. Webinar recordings
Where a recording of the session is available, a link to this recording will be made available online approximately a week later. Recordings must not be distributed more widely.

4. Webinar materials and copyright
All webinar content, presentations and supporting materials remain the property of Twins Trust and are protected by copyright.
Content must not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, uploaded, shared publicly, or used to deliver other courses or training without prior written permission from Twins Trust.
5. Privacy and recording
To protect the privacy of all participants, recording of any kind is not permitted during the live session. This includes photographs, screenshots, screen recordings, and audio or video recordings using any device.
6. Changes to webinar dates
Webinar dates and times may occasionally need to change due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you and aim to offer an alternative date where possible.
7. CPD Certificates
CPD certificates will be issued via email to all those that attend the live webinar within a week of the webinar taking place. If you book on a webinar, but do not attend, you will not be issued with a certificate. If you wish to watch the recording on our website at a later date, this will automatically generate a CPD certificate for your records.
8. Limitation of liability
While Twins Trust aims to ensure webinar content is accurate and helpful, Twins Trust accepts no liability for decisions made based on information provided during the webinar.
