Emma is the head of our medical negligence team and specialises in birth and labour injury matters, particularly active in claims involving cerebral palsy, and Group B Strep claims. With two accreditations from the Law Society, she has also been recognised multiple times in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a Leading Individual. Emma is heavily involved and works closely with many charities and consistently takes part in fundraising efforts.

Laura has more than ten years of experience working on medical negligence cases. She specialises in all areas of medical negligence, but has a primary focus on birth injuries, for both mother and baby, including cerebral palsy, Group B Strep, Erbs' Palsy, and labour injuries. Accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Senior Litigator, she is also a member of Action against Medical Accidents, and has been recognised by the legal guide, Legal 500, as a 'Key Lawyer'.
