Why join a triplets and more drop-in
It combines expert-led themed sessions with peer connection. Families can use the sessions to share tips, ask questions, celebrate milestones and build confidence, while hearing from people with both professional expertise and lived experience of triplets.
How it works
Drop-ins are twice monthly, one afternoon session and one evening session. Our afternoon sessions rotate each month between three key topics, whilst our evening sessions cover a wide range of topics, building on what has come before to discuss the full reality of life with triplets.
Each session includes guided discussion, practical tips and time to share experiences, ask questions and find encouragement.
Afternoon drop-ins
Our afternoon triplet drop-ins offer practical support and a chance to connect with other families who understand. Sessions rotate between support for under 1s, behaviour and sleep.
In our under 1s sessions, you can share questions about the first year and find practical ideas to make everyday life feel more manageable. Our behaviour sessions explore common challenges when you're parenting three children at the same stage, with realistic strategies to help you feel more confident. Sleep sessions cover routines, naps and night waking, with advice to help you find an approach that works for your family.
Evening drop-ins
Our evening triplet drop-ins take place once a month on Tuesday evenings. They offer a supportive, interactive space to connect with other triplet families, share experiences and learn from one another.
Sessions explore different aspects of life with triplets. Topics include practical ideas for everyday life, sleep, behaviour, encouraging individuality, school and learning. We'll also look at ways to support your own wellbeing as a parent.
Guest speakers join selected sessions to offer specialist knowledge and practical ideas.
We'd love you to join us for the full series and get the most from the sessions, but we completely understand that life with triplets doesn’t always go to plan! Each session gives you an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and connect with other families who understand life with triplets.
Your experts
Each session is hosted by Twins Trust's Senior Support Practitioner, Gemma. She is a Qualified Norland Nanny with over 15 years of experience working with parents on their parenting journey.
Gemma is joined by Joanne, a triplet herself, who will share her own personal experiences of growing up as a triplet.
Our sleep drop-ins also welcome Stephanie Modell, a triplet mum, sleep specialist and author of 'The Baby Sleep Guide'. She brings personal and professional experience to the challenges of sleep with triplets.
