Such an informative and helpful course. It was so valuable being able to meet other couples expecting multiples.

Why choose a Twins Trust antenatal in-person course
Tailor-made for multiple pregnancies, this course gives you guidance you won't get from standard antenatal classes.
Delivered by antenatal teachers with expertise in multiple births, it offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can ask questions and feel confident in the information you receive.
You'll also have the opportunity to learn alongside other parents expecting more than one baby - and may meet others living locally, helping you start building your own support network. A WhatsApp group is also set up for all attendees to stay connected after the course.
94% of respondents who attended an in-person antenatal course said they had more confidence in themselves as a parent of multiples after attending.
What you'll explore during the course
Multiple pregnancy and birth: what's different about a multiple birth, your delivery options (vaginal or caesarean), what influences these decisions, how birth partners can support you and what to expect during recovery
Preparing for arrival: what equipment you'll need for twins, triplets or more, and what happens if your babies arrive early
Caring for your babies: feeding (breast, bottle or combination), how newborn twins and triplets sleep, caring for more than one baby at once, getting out and about, and coping in the early days and weeks, including managing siblings
Who the course is for
This course is designed for those expecting twins, triplets or more, including those expecting through surrogacy. It's suitable for both first-time parents and those who already have children.
We recommend attending between 20 and 32 weeks of pregnancy to get the most from the course. As places are limited, we encourage you to book early to secure your place.
Prefer something online or more private?
This is an in-person group course. We also offer live online antenatal courses and private online or in-person antenatal courses to help you find the option that's right for you.
Second time parent?
If you already have children and you're expecting twins, triplets or more for the first time, our Second timers antenatal live online course may suit you better as you prepare for your babies' arrival.
