These terms apply to all free online sessions delivered by Twins Trust.

1. Use of course materials

All course materials, content and recordings remain the property of Twins Trust and are protected by copyright. They must not be copied, reproduced, recorded, shared or used to deliver other courses or training without prior written permission.

2. Online delivery

All sessions are delivered online using platforms such as Zoom or similar services. Joining instructions will be provided before the session.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device, internet connection and software are suitable for accessing the session.

3. Session changes

Session dates, times or facilitators may occasionally need to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will offer an alternative session or provide a recording if appropriate.

4. Minimum attendance

Some group sessions require a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, the session may be rescheduled or cancelled and you will be notified where possible.

5. Attendance

Our sessions are offered free of charge. If you are unable to attend, please inform Twins Trust so your place can be offered to someone else.

If you fail to attend without notifying us, we will try to accommodate a further booking, but repeated non-attendance may result in cancellation of future bookings.

6. Privacy and recording

To protect the privacy of all participants, recording of any kind is not permitted during sessions. This includes photographs, screenshots, screen recordings and audio or video recordings.

Where Twins Trust records a webinar or teaching session, participants will be informed in advance. Any recordings shared are for personal use only and must not be copied, edited or distributed more widely.

7. Information and advice

Sessions are intended to provide general information and peer support. Some facilitators may not be qualified to provide medical advice. If you have concerns about your health or your children's health, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Twins Trust is not responsible for advice or comments shared by participants during interactive sessions.

8. Respectful participation

We aim to provide a supportive and respectful environment for all participants. Twins Trust reserves the right to remove participants from a session if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Twins Trust's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Limited information may be shared with session facilitators where necessary to deliver the session.

10. Safeguarding

Participants are responsible for ensuring that any children present during sessions are appropriately supervised. Twins Trust aims to provide a safe environment for families and reserves the right to act if safeguarding concerns arise.
