When to start sleep routine
Hey everyone Looking for advice as we have twin girls at 15 weeks (they
were born at 32 weeks so correct age is 7 weeks) We have been trying to
get into a bedtime routine but struggle as some days are good and some
are bad ( which in sure is normal) They sleep alot through the day and
find it hard to keep them awake. Our health officer says we shouldn't be
doing a routine but wanted to ask on here. Thanks ☺️
