It’s possible that you’ve registered with more than one email address. Your membership might be linked to an address that’s different to the one you logged in with.

Membership discounts
You can access your discounts by following these steps:
- Log in to your account here.
- Once logged in, visit the Discounts page here.
- Click on the 'Go to discounts' link. This will take you to the Twins Trust Multiple Savings website. Please note you can only access the Multiple Savings website by clicking on this link whilst logged in as a member.
- Browse available discounts or search for a specific discounter. The discounter's page will explain how to redeem the discount.
For certain discounts you may need to provide your membership number, or for in-store discounts you may need to show your Twins Trust membership card. Your membership number can be found on your card, which can be downloaded from your My Twins Trust page.

You can find a full A-Z of available discounts here. This will only show you available discounts and will not tell you how to redeem them. For more information on using the discounts please see 'How do I access my membership discounts?'.
Please follow the steps in 'How do I access my membership discounts?' to visit the Twins Trust Multiple Savings website. Once on this site, search for the discounter you wish to use and the promotional code will be displayed on the discount's page.
Please note, codes often change, so if the one you have doesn’t work, you may need to look up the new one.

- Make sure that you are not using a bookmarked tab to access Multiple Savings.
- Clear the cache on the browser you are using.
- Try an alternative browser.
- Try an alternative device.

Accessing your membership information
Your membership number is displayed on your membership card. To see your card, please log in and click here.
You’ll also find your membership card in your “Catch up with Twins Trust” email updates.
Log in & click here to view your membership card at any time.
We suggest printing or saving a screenshot of your card. That way you can have it ready to show in shops which offer a discount.
You’ll also find your membership card at the bottom of your Twins Trust monthly email updates.When you download your membership card from an iPhone a blue arrow will appear at the top right of the screen. Click on this to see your card.
You will find a link to add your card to your Smartphone Wallet in your monthly Multiple Savings email. If you click on the ‘add to wallet’ button underneath the card in the email, you will be able to add it to your wallet for use in shops. If you do not have a copy of the Multiple Savings email or have any trouble downloading it, please email [email protected] and we will help you.

Twins Trust membership costs just £3.80 a month when you sign up by direct debit. You can also take out a one-year, three-year (Silver) or five-year (Gold) membership. Click here for more information on pricing.
A one-year membership costs £48.
Silver membership costs £130 for three years (£43.30 per year).
Gold membership costs £199 for five years (£39.80 per year).
