Understanding sleep in the first year with twins, triplets and more can feel overwhelming - especially when expectations don't match reality. This pre-recorded mini-course is designed to help you make sense of your babies' changing sleep needs and feel more confident in responding to them.
Created specifically for families with twins, triplets or more, this mini-course explores what's typical, what can influence sleep and how you can gently adapt routines as your babies grow and develop.
Sleep is one of the most commonly discussed challenges among parents of twins, triplets or more and this mini-course aims to provide both practical understanding and emotional reassurance during this stage.
