Are you a Twins Trust member looking for ways to feel calmer, more grounded, and better supported in the day-to-day reality of parenting twins, triplets or more? Join our Mindfulness for Parents of Multiples session – a gentle, practical, and supportive online session created especially for you.

Parenting more than one baby or child can be joyful, overwhelming, exhausting, and everything in between. Mindfulness offers simple, evidence-based techniques to help you manage stress, build emotional resilience, and create moments of calm even in the busiest days.

This week’s session is hosted by Dr Christine Rivers, an experienced mindfulness practitioner who specialises in supporting parents and caregivers. The session will introduce the concept of mindfulness and accessible practices including breath work tailored to the realities of family life with multiples, with plenty of reassurance that you don’t need extra time, silence, or perfection to benefit.
