This online clinic is designed to help you reconnect with and strengthen your core, whether you’re recently postnatal or months or years down the line.

Led by Sam Deville, founder of Sam Deville Pilates, this session combines expert guidance with a practical, all-levels Pilates class to help you build strength, improve stability and feel more confident in your body.

Following the birth of her twins, Sam was diagnosed with a five-finger-wide abdominal separation and was told surgery was her only option. Instead, she spent over a year rebuilding her strength through progressive Pilates rehabilitation. This experience now underpins her work with women looking to rebuild their bodies in a safe, structured and effective way.

During the session, you’ll learn how to properly activate your core, understand what your body needs to build strength safely, and avoid common mistakes that can hold you back.

The session is suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caesarean section, and is designed to support anyone who feels disconnected from their core, unsure where to start, or ready to take their strength to the next level.

What to expect:

  • A supportive, expert-led online session
  • Clear guidance on building core strength safely and effectively
  • A controlled, all-levels Pilates class with options to adapt or progress
  • Practical techniques you can use at home
  • Opportunity to ask questions and get personalised guidance

Who it’s for:

  • Twins Trust members at any stage of their motherhood journey (suitable 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caesarean section)
  • Parents of twins, triplets or more
  • Anyone who wants to rebuild strength, improve core connection and move with more confidence
