This session is an optional add-on to the Twins Trust Scotland antenatal course and can only be booked if you have attended a Scotland antenatal course.

Why choose to attend our ‘Scotland check-in and chat - post birth’ add-on?

Your babies have arrived, you're suddenly parents to multiples and life is likely to have gotten a bit more hectic. You might be feeling ready to start getting out and about with your babies; attending baby classes, meeting friends or visiting a local multiples club. Or maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by all of the sudden changes in your life and the thought of taking your babies out to new places seems a bit daunting. Either way, it's absolutely okay.

This session is a chance to check in with others who have attended a Scotland antenatal course and who have also recently welcomed twins, triplets or more. It's an opportunity to chat through your journey and experiences with others in a similar situation.

The session is hosted by the Twins Trust Scotland Officer who will be happy to chat, answer questions and provide information on the services and support available to you. It's a one-hour session and is a relaxed, non-judgemental environment.

What does the check-in and chat session include?

  • One-hour online interactive session
  • Twins Trust member of staff
  • Post-course follow up support and resources
