- For cancellations made six (6) or more weeks prior to the course for any reason a 70% refund will be issued or it may be possible for you to be transferred to an alternative course if that suits you. No refunds can be made for cancellations made within 6 weeks of the course start date unless the following circumstances apply.
- If a course is cancelled prior to the start date due to the sad loss of one or both babies you will receive a full refund of your course fees. Please note that Twins Trust provide bereavement support and a course teacher can contact you to offer support if you wish.
- If your babies arrive prior to your course date before 32 weeks gestation you will receive a 70% refund of your course fee for any sessions not yet completed. Or if you prefer you could have a telephone session with one of our teachers and attend the postnatal part of your course or a course at a later date.
- If your babies arrive before your course date but after 32 weeks you will be sent your course pack and an antenatal course telephone session will be arranged for you. You can also attend the postnatal part of your course or of a course at a later date. You will also be sent free access to Twins Trust’s Breastfeeding webinar and our neo-natal care booklet.
We are sorry that we are unable to provide a full refund in all circumstances but this is due to the fact that we will remain financially liable to the hosting site and course provider. However please note that we may still be able to signpost you to relevant support if appropriate or transfer you to an alternative course.
Courses must be completed during the sessions shown for the booked course. It is not possible to swap between different courses or attend alternative sessions. The course sessions are live and interactive, changes to the attendee group can be disruptive to the course. We will only accomoodate session changes in exceptional circumstances.
Each booking is for the person expecting twins + 1 birth partner and is not transferable. If you would like additional people (such as grandparents) to attend the course you will need to book and pay for an additional place.
The course will be run on Zoom and we will provide the relevant joining information. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is set up correctly and suitable for the course and is compatible for use with Zoom. If you experience technical difficulties and are unable to join the course as a result we will attempt to accommodate you on an alternative course but cannot guarantee this.
