One of Twins Trust’s many dedicated volunteers has made The Independent’s Happy List 2022.
Jane Flint Bridgewater is one of 50 people across the country selected for the list of inspirational individuals, which celebrates kindness, ingenuity and dedication.
The list was launched in 2008. The Independent said the list “shines a light on ordinary people who do amazing things for important causes and inspire positive change.”
Jane is a Twinline Helpline Volunteer and has given up her time for us over the past 13 years. She’s always ready to listen and help others.
Louise Bowman, Co-Head of Family Support and Resources at Twins Trust, said: “I am so thrilled Jane made the Happy List. Jane was our Volunteer of the Year 2022, so it was only right we nominated her for the list.
It is a truly deserved honour for one of our many dedicated volunteers. She’s one of the most positive people you’ll ever encounter.
Jane is a mother of twins and lives in Stourbridge in the West Midlands. During her 13 years working as a Twinline Helpline Volunteer, she has clocked up more than 1,000 hours of calls, offering a sympathetic ear to anyone who needs her.
