Why choose to attend our Relaxation for twin and triplet births add-on course?
Finding out you are having multiples can be overwhelming and you may feel that your chances of using hypnobirthing and having the beautiful, calm birth you envisaged have flown out of the window. This course will look at what you can do to have a positive birth whatever the circumstances.
What will I learn?
- How to manage fear and arrive at the birth feeling calm
- How to create a positive birth environment in a hospital setting
- Breathing techniques for a C section or vaginal birth or for postnatal life
- Hypnobirthing techniques to help relax
- How to use positive touch and how your birth partner can support you
This course consists of 1 online session of 2 hours with an expert multiple birth antenatal teacher. The sessions will be interactive with the ability to practice the techniques learnt.
