Getting ready for the arrival of your twins or triplets is an exciting and sometimes stressful time. To help you out, we’ve come up with a list of items you might want to pack in your hospital bags. Because, let’s face it, you have too many other things to try and remember right now!
For labour
- Portable charger (to make sure your phone is charged up for photos)
- Loose change for the car park and vending machines
- Headphones for your phone
- A book or magazine
- Some snacks for you and your birth partners
- Something to wear in labour
- First clothes for the babies
For your stay (hospital)
- Pyjamas
- Slippers
- A couple of t-shirts and stretchy trousers
- Toiletries bag
- Maternity pads
- Breast pads
For the babies
- Newborn nappies
- Nappy sacks
- Babygros
- Blankets
